- Food and drink are allowed, but please clean up afterwards by wiping down surfaces and throwing away your trash.
- All members of the group using the room must sign the sign-in sheet.
- Rooms may be reserved only during the Office of Graduate Studies' posted business hours and must be vacated at the end of these hours.
- If you have borrowed chairs from another room, please put return them when you are done.
Reservations
In order to prevent double-booking and to better serve you, we require a reservation for the use of our rooms at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day and drop-in use of our rooms may be possible on a limited basis, and is not guaranteed. Rooms can be booked a week in advance.
To reserve a room, contact the Office of Graduate Studies by phone (323–343–3820) or email ([email protected]). Include your name, CIN, department, and how many people wish to use the room. If GRC rooms are unavailable, you can try reserving one of the Library study rooms.
