Cal State LA Downtown will be closed or have adjusted hours on the following days:
 

November 10 and November 11, 2023 - Veteran's Day

November 20 through 22, 2023 - Fall Recess (no classes); Office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

November 23 through 26, 2023 - Thanksgiving

December 22, 2023 through Jan 1, 2024 - Winter Closure

Parking

Parking is available in the above-ground structure located at 801 South Grand Avenue. The structure is accessible from Grand Avenue Monday-Friday until 10 p.m. The structure is also available from 8th Street Monday through Friday after 7 p.m. and on Saturdays.

Students pay $4.00 for the first four hours after 4 p.m., and the posted rate of $9.00 for each hour thereafter. Other parking lots and structures are available in the vicinity. Find additional information on surrounding parking options here.

Public Transportation

Cal State LA Downtown is three blocks from the 7th Street Metro Center Station, which is served by the Metro A, B, D, and E lines. For additional information and schedules, visit the Metro website.
