| Our scanning electrochemical microscope (SECM) is a homebuilt unit utilizing an Enzman 400 bipotentiostat and Burleigh inchworms, stages and controller. The unit is fully computer-controlled. The SECM is placed onto a Newport vibration isolation platform. |
