SPR. The home-built SPR has very high sensitivity by subtracting the signals between two photodiodes on a bicell photodetector, while the background signals can be minimized. The instrument is capable of measuring 0.1 angstrom change and can also be used in conjunction with a potentiostat for electrochemical SPR measurements.
