Please see below for important information regarding your student status and returning your equipment loan.
Technology Return Process
Complete the Technology Return Form
Be prepared to provide the following information:
- Equipment to be returned (Laptop, iPad Bundle, or all of the above)
- Reason for returning equipment
You will be prompted to log in with your student MyCalStateLA login credentials. (Please do not use student work email addresses.)
All technology returns must be made at the Dean of Students Office, located in the Student Services Building, on the fourth-floor room 4380. Our technology loan team is available to assist students with their loaned technology requests and drop-offs during these times during the week starting May 30, 2023:
Mondays: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Tuesdays: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Wednesdays: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Thursdays: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Fridays: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Technology returns must be made at the Dean of Students Office, located in the Student Services Building, on the fourth-floor room 4380.
Please remember to return the equipment in the original box it came in and all included accessories (chargers/adapters). Please remember to have your CIN ready or bring your Student ID card for verification and to wear a face-covering during this return transaction.
If you are unable to make your selected return date and time, you may also send a designee. Please ensure they have your complete CIN and full name.
