Class of 2023 Resources

The Graduation Office will mail out the diploma to the graduates four to six weeks after their grades have been posted and verified. The mailing address used is the address on file with the University. To track your diploma, please go the DiploMatic website.

For graduates who did not attend Commencement but would like to get a diploma cover, please contact the Graduation Office. Diploma covers are only available for pick-up during normal business hours and cannot be mailed.

To view and order the pictures taken on stage during the 2023 Commencement by Grad Images, please visit the GradImages website. Enter your last name in the Last Name entry field > enter Cal State LA in the School Name entry field > select 2023 in the Graduation Year entry field > click on the Find My Photos button.

For bachelor's degree graduates who were not able to pick up their honor cords during the spring semester, or were recently awarded baccalaureate honors, you will be able to pick-up the cords by appointment only starting June 12 during normal business hours, Monday - Friday, between 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Please email Commencement at [email protected] to arrange for pick-up. Please make sure to provide your CIN#, Name, and best email address to contact. Commencement staff will confirm pick-up date, time, and location within 24 - 48 hours.
