After Commencement

The Graduation Office will mail out the diploma to the graduates four to six weeks after their grades have been posted and verified. The mailing address used is the address on file with the University. To track your diploma, please go the DiploMatic website.

For graduates who did not attend Commencement but would like to get a diploma cover, please contact the Graduation Office. Diploma covers are only available for pick-up during normal business hours and cannot be mailed.

To view and order the pictures taken on stage during Commencement by GradImages, please visit the GradImages website. Enter your last name in the Last Name entry field > enter Cal State LA in the School entry field > select 2022 in the Year entry field > click on the Find My Photos button.
