Session Details
Morning Session
The morning session focused on learning more about our students, getting inspired with their success stories, hearing more about the vision for diversity and inclusion for our campus, and participating in a “working lunch/resource fair” with various campus offices showcasing the numerous resources available for our students!
Afternoon Session
The afternoon session had three concurrent, engaging and interactive breakout sessions! “Strength of Diversity”, “Campus as a Community of Ideas and Critical Discourse”, and “Engaging and Supporting our First-Generation Students”. Following which we will regroup to share information and recommendations from each breakout session and discuss next steps.
