2007 Summer Transportation Institute
Dear High School Student, Spring 2007
Summer is here, and there is no better time to think about your future!
The College of Engineering, Computer Science and Technology at Cal State L.A. is once again excited to offer a no cost program called the Summer Transportation Institute (STI).
Our STI is a great way to learn more about a variety of careers and options within Engineering, Computer Science, and Technology. Get involved and have fun with your education and career decisions!
The Summer Transportation Institute exposes you to new ideas and concepts, such as:

If you are a high school student who meets the following requirements, then this program is for you!
The dates and times are as follows: Dates: Monday, July 9 through Friday, August 3 Days: Monday through Friday Times: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Students admitted to the 2007 STI will receive scholarships to cover the cost of tuition, field trips, workshops, and exercises, facility usages, and other costs associated with the program. If interested, please complete the enclosed application along with a copy of your transcripts and two letters of recommendation, and return it by Friday, June 9, 2007. The number of students that will be accepted for the institute will be limited, we urge you to return your application as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
