FAQ’S

  1. Which event should I attend?
    • The Day of the Educator event celebrates students who have successfully completed one of our credential programs. This year’s event will take place during National Teacher Appreciation Week.
    • The Honors Convocation event celebrates undergraduate and graduate degree students who meet all honors requirements.
    • Some students may fall under both categories. Please feel free to attend both events.
  2. How do I register to attend the event(s)?
    • Please click the RSVP 2022 tab to the left of this page to register for The Day of the Educator and/or Honors Convocation events. A separate Zoom webinar link will be sent to you upon registration completion. We recommend logging into Zoom at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the event. Both events will be live. The use of a laptop is recommended.
  3. Can I receive a certificate?
    • Yes! Please indicate on the registration page if you like to receive a certificate this year. A digital certificate will be sent to you via email by the end of May 2022.
  4. Are guests allowed to attend?
    • We highly encourage you to invite family and friends to watch and celebrate with you!
  5. Will these events be interactive?
    • Yes! Please post celebratory messages and photos on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook using the hashtags. The following social media hashtags are associated with the events:
      • #CCOECelebration (both events)
      • #CCOEDayofEd (Day of the Educator)
      • #CCOEHonors (Honors Convocation)
    • Post a congratulatory message to your classmates through Padlet. The Padlet link will be sent during the live webinars.
