Position:Department of Accounting
Lecturer: temporary faculty positions with the possibility of renewal for additional semesters.
On-going. Positions will be filled as needed for each academic semester.
Candidate must have a Masters’ degree from an accredited university and demonstrated excellence in teaching at a college level. A candidate should also have current work experience in the accounting field or be able to demonstrate currency in the field.
Applicants should have the ability to relate well to others within the academic environment. The successful candidate will be committed to the academic success of all of our students and to an environment that acknowledges, encourages, and celebrates diversity and differences. To this end, the successful candidate will work effectively, respectfully, and collaboratively in diverse, multicultural, and inclusive settings. CPA, CMA, CFE or other professional license or certification
Faculty will teach courses and be available for office hours.
The salary schedule information for the lecturer – AY month Classification is available based on the following rages: (per salary schedule 7/1/2022)
Lecturer A (Range 2) : $4,530 - $6,056
Lecturer B (Range 3) : $5,405 - $11,994
Lecturer C (Range 4) : $6,190 - $13,172
Lecturer D (Range 5) : $7,794 - $13,797
The anticipated hiring range is generally at or near the minimum of the appropriate range, commensurate with education and experience.
