Graduate Assistant for the College of Business and Economics
Degree-seeking graduate student in the College of Business and Economics to assist with the handling of inputting and analyzing of fiscal data. Graduate Assistants must be registered in a CSU graduate degree program and must be enrolled in courses towards the completion of that graduate degree during the appointment period. Applicants should have the ability to communicate well with others, either verbally or in writing, within the academic environment, and demonstrate ability and/or interest in working in a multiethnic, multicultural environment.
Exceptions to minimum qualifications may be granted at the sole discretion of the hiring department/authority.
Applicants should have strong analytical and EXCEL skills.
Currently enrolled in a graduate program in the College of Business and Economics with a GPA of 3.5 or higher and analytical and EXCEL skills.
Under the direction of the College Resource Manager, the incumbent will track, monitor and verify College budgets. He/she will be responsible for compiling financial data for analysis, review and distribution, and will review and gather data from campus financial system(s) and provide recommendations to maximize resources and/or take corrective actions.
Current Graduate Assistant rate for an average of 20 hours per week.
