Welcome to the Judicial Affairs Office
The goal of the Judicial Affairs Office in working with students is to encourage personal responsibility through the development of effective decision making and problem solving skills. We provide students with information regarding their rights and responsibilities and assist them in exploring and identifying resources and alternatives in resolving issues and managing conflict.
Specifically, the Judicial Affairs Office is responsible for investigating reports of violations of the Standards for Student Conduct, as well as administering the CSU Student Conduct Procedures and the University Student Grievance Procedures. We aim to strike a balance in addressing academic, and other misconduct, in a fair and educational manner while fostering an environment where all members of the campus community feel safe and valued. Additionally, students can appeal a grade through the Student Grievance Procedures.
