Miscellaneous Refunds

Miscellaneous refunds refer to the material fees and service charges that have been authorized to be refunded by a specific department or area. These would include the following:

• Health Center refunds

• Graduation Check and Diploma fee refunds

• Transcript refund

• Art materials refund

• Music fee refund

• Key replacement refund

• Library fee refund

To apply for a miscellaneous refund:

• Obtain authorization from the area involved (for example, Health Center approval if you paid for but did not take an exam)

• Fill out a refund request at the Student Loans Services and Collections Office or the Disbursement Office and attach the authorization memo or approval from the department. If the refund form was provided by the department, make sure it is has an authorized signature.
