The Disbursement Office

The Disbursement Office is responsible for the preparation of financial aid, scholarship, grant in aid, and refund checks.  We will assist students who have questions concerning their financial aid disbursement and tuition refund checks.  The financial aid checks are mailed to the current mailing address with the university.  You may confirm your mailing address on the GET Website (https://get.calstatela.edu).  Your funds can be deposited to your bank or credit union account with the Eagle Express Direct Deposit.  (Off Campus scholarship, nursing student loan, and grant-in-aid checks must be picked up in person).  To pick up a check, all Cal State L.A. students are required to have a Golden Eagle Card (campus ID card).  Disbursement Office hours are:  Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
