Customer Relations Office What is the Customer Relations Office? One of our programs may be just what you need to help you resolve your particular situation. The Installment Payment Plan or the Foreign Fee Deferment may assist you in budgeting your registration fees. The 30 Day Loan may offer that extra amount of money needed to buy your books. We also have forms and information for the AMS Interest-Free Monthly Plan. If you missed the deadline date for a refund or received a letter of disenrollment for non-payment of fees, you may file a Petition for a Late Refund or a Petition for Reinstatement. The decision will be made based on your individual circumstances. What if you will not be in the country when the STAR refund system is available? You may file for an Early Refund through our office. We can assist with a financial crisis. What if you receive a notice that you must pay back a Financial Aid overpayment? This office will create a monthly Payment Contract to help you budget this added debt. Perhaps you disagree with the Billing Statement you received from the Cashiers' Office. You may request a Petition for a Billing Statement Review. We will help explain the charges or make any adjustments that are needed. You may make an appointment to discuss the financial problem you are having meeting your Housing payment deadline. The Student Loan Service and Collections Office also helps save the faculty and staff time. They may pick up their Faculty and Staff Parking decals in the Customer Relations Office rather than standing in the Cashiers' Office line. |
