Form Available to Designate Personal Physician
Faculty and staff may now designate a personal physician as the primary caregiver in case of injury or illness occurring on campus through a form available in the Human Resource Management office, Adm. 605. Opportunities
Division of Operations Name Change, Reorganization
The formerly titled Division of Operations was renamed the Division of Administration and Finance, effective February 1, 1996. In accordance with the approved organization chart for the division, two assistant vice presidents will report to a newly-titled Vice President for Administration and Finance. A national search is under way to fill the position.La Verne Parker-Diggs, serving as Assistance Vice President for Administration and Finance/Human Resource Management, recently accepted the post of Director, Human Resources at CSU, Dominguez Hills; former Assistant Director of Human Resource Management Ellis Kirschenbaum has been named Acting Director, Human Resource Management.Jacqueline Avery assumed the post of Assistant Vice President for Administration and Finance/Financial Management Services, effective April 1, 1996. As of July 1, 1996, the Payroll Services office now reports to the Financial Management and Services area under the direction of Jackie Avery. Jessie Lum (Manager, Business Systems) manages the day-to-day operations of the Payroll Services office.
