Commencement Highlights

A salute to the 5,000+ graduates who are CSULA’s Class of 2011

Donning their caps and gowns, more than 5,000 graduates celebrated their academic accomplishments at Cal State L.A.’s two-day Commencement June 10-11. The graduation ceremonies featured keynote speakers U.S. Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis and California State Controller John Chiang. Among CSULA’s Class of 2011 was L.A. Police Commission President John H. Mack, who was conferred a CSU Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters.
