Collaboration is a key aspect of the University’s Strategic Plan (https://spcc.calstatela.edu/), which guides the mission and goals of Cal State L.A. There are many great examples of teamwork in effect on campus, such as the students and staff of the Cross Cultural Centers, who collaborate on programs and services to increase cross-cultural awareness and explore the shared and unique experiences of the CSULA community.
