Cal State L.A. Celebrates 1996 Native American Heritage Week

What & Who:
The American Indian Student Council at California State University, Los Angeles will host a three-day event to commemorate 1996 Native American Heritage Week.

When:
Monday through Wednesday, February 5, 6 and 7, 1996.
12 noon-2 p.m.

Where:
Cal State L.A. Free Speech Area. The University is located at the Eastern Ave. exit, San Bernardino (I-10) Fwy., at the interchange of the 10 and 710 Fwys.

More:
Scheduled events include blessing ceremonies; performances by John Bradley Plains Dancers, Elk Whistle Native American Flutist and Hopi Pueblo Dancers; a fashion show in traditional regalia; a speakers presentation; and a display of cultural exhibits.
