What & Who:
California State University, Los Angeles is celebrating
the traditional Mexican holiday, Dia De Los Muertos, which
features Aztec dancers, visual arts and ofrendas (offerings) to
Monday, October 30, 1995
12 noon-1:30 p.m.

the Eastern Ave. exit, San Bernardino (I-10) Fwy., at the interchange
of the 10 and 710 Fwys.
Dia De Los Muertos, as practiced in the United States,
reflects a merger of ancient, pre-Hispanic beliefs about life
and death and the Spanish Catholic influences, which introduced
All Saints Day and All Souls Day after the Spanish Conquest.
