Cal State L.A. Celebrates 1996 African American History Month

What & Who:
The Pan African Student Resource Center at California State University, Los Angeles will host a month of events to commemorate 1996 African American History Month. This year's theme is "Black to the Future."

When:
Thursday, February 1 - Tuesday, February 27, 1996.
Kick-off celebration: Thursday, February 1, 12 noon-2 p.m.

Where:
Cal State L.A. Free Speech Area. The University is located at the Eastern Ave. exit, San Bernardino (I-10) Fwy., at the interchange of the 10 and 710 Fwys.

More:
Scheduled events include a performance by The Haile I Band, seminars and lectures, comedy, "Fashion Affairs III" fashion show, art displays, films, and more.
