Dr. Hong is an expert in manufacturing, digital manufacturing, virtual simulation (robotics, assembly & ergonomics), and quality assurance (SPC, TQM & ISO 9000/14000). He has given numerous presentations in the field of digital manufacturing/virtual simulation. He is the coordinator of the Delmia’s Workcell Starter Program at Cal State L.A. He has been teaching about Delmia products (Envision Assembly simulation, IGRIP: Robotic simulation, and ERGO: Ergonomics and facility simulation) for six years.

Ethan Lipton

Dr. Lipton's expertise centers on the development of graphic communications-related instructional programs for education and industry in areas, including
electronic imaging, desktop publishing, computer
applications in printing technology and management, printing
technology and transition to work. He has developed
training programs for the Printing Industries Association of Southern
California and the California Department of Education. He has also made
numerous presentations at regional, national and international
conferences, including the National Association of Industrial
Technology, the American Vocational Association, the Screen Printing
Association International, the International Graphic Arts Education
Association and the California Industrial and Technology Education
Association. He serves on several task forces for the Career-Vocational
Division of the California Department of Education and is coauthor
of Learning to Work in the Graphic Arts Industry, a 20-module
transition-to-work program. He has done research in the areas
of instructional design, instructional technology, publication design,
typography and electronic publishing, technology education,
vocational education and articulated (2 + 2 and 2 + 2 + 2) educational programs.

Dr. Seaman is the chair of the Department of Technology with expertise in Parametric 3D modeling (CATIA V5 and SolidWorks) and Product Data Management (PDM). He chairs the planning committee for the WESTEC/SME Manufacturing Challenge Contest.

With 35 years of experience, Professor Shackelford has knowledge in all phases of fire protection. He was previously a part-time instructor in the Cal State L.A. Fire Protection Administration and Technology program. He is a past president of the San Bernardino County Fire Chiefs and a member of the National Fire Protection Association.
