Summary:

On April 17, 2007, at approximately 10:20 p.m., the victim was walking through the courtyard of Building #3 of the Student Housing Complex. Victim was holding onto her purse when someone from behind forcefully took her purse away from her. The suspect was last seen running with the victim’s purse in a northerly direction toward Paseo Rancho Castilla and then out of sight. The victim did not receive any physical injuries as a result of the incident.

Suspect(s) Description:

Male/Black/Adult—approximately 20-24 years old, approximately 6’4” tall, 18lbs., dark complexion, wearing dark pants and a silver jacket.

Weapons:

Hands (No Weapon Seen)

Cal State L.A. – 5600 Paseo Rancho Castillo Student Housing Complex, Phase 2, Building #3, Courtyard
