Student Profile Overview:
To send an eligibility letter, staff need to first login to the OSD Online Services database; go to the OSD Online Database Services web page. Then they need to search for the particular student's name in the list of users or by doing a search (previously explained in other tutorials).
[Counselors should send the student their eligibility letter at the conclusion of an intake as it serves the confirmation function of the former Approved Support Services form.]
