Filling Out Fields:
Students will need to scroll down the page, completing all required
and necessary fields. Fields that have a drop down marker
require them to select from a list of predefined choices. Some
times students will have to click a check box

to make a choice, such as with selecting that their permanent address is
the same as their local address.
