The Faculty Affairs unit within HRM is responsible for administering the University’s Faculty Affairs component of HRM.

The unit works closely with Academic Affairs on a number of personnel processes including: faculty retention, tenure and promotion; review job announcements, hiring criteria and hiring packets.
