The parking lot for on-campus residents is adjacent to the Housing complex (within the fenced in area, lot 7A). If you plan on using the lot, a residential parking permit is required. There are a limited number of parking spaces located within gated community of Golden Eagles Apartments (GEA). These spaces are assigned through a voluntary lottery system each quarter. Residents must park only in the space number assigned to them and display the GEA resident sticker on their parking pass. Stickers and gate remotes can be obtained at the Housing Services office.
Parking Enforcement will ticket all vehicles not displaying the appropriate permit. Residential parking permits can be purchased from the Parking and Transportation Service Center located near La Kretz Hall.
Parking behind Building 3 is limited to Faculty/Staff permit holders. Parking enforcement will cite violators at all times.
The loop around the Phase I complex is a designated fire lane and is enforced as a NO PARKING area 24 hours a day. Parking Enforcement will cite cars parked in this area.

Temporary/Guest Parking Permits
Temporary/Guest Parking Permits are available in the yellow dispenser located in Lot 7; these permits are not valid inside the fenced in residential Lot 7A. Temporary permits purchased can be used in lot 7 and along Paseo Rancho Castilla and Mariondale Avenue.
