Tuberculosis Verification Form and Meningococcal Disease

Prior to moving to campus, the university requires that all residents provide proof or a negative tuberculosis test or chest x-ray. The Tuberculosis Verification Form (TB) must be submitted by ALL students wanting to live on campus and the Meningococcal Disease Information Form (freshmen only) are available online for your convenience.

Construction of New Dining Hall

Housing Services and University Auxiliary Services is pleased to announce the commencement of the Dining Hall project! This exciting new venue will provide a full service dining experience for our residents. Located in the central quad of Phase II, it will be easily accessible to our residents and provide a beautiful new environment for dining and community life. Work Order Process

Residents, if something break or is not working in your apartment, please fill out a 'Maintenance Work Orders' online. Once you log in, just click on the Maintenance tab and fill out your Work Order. Click here.

Weekly emails are sent to residents' CSULA email addresses with important information and announcements. We have compiled a list of emails for your convenience. Click here.

Direct Deposit

You are encouraged to sign up for Direct Deposit as a faster way of getting your financial aid disbursement or tuition refund electronically deposited to a valid U.S. checking or savings account. Please visit the Eagle Express Direct Deposit webpage for more information.
