Tuberculosis Verification Form and Meningococcal Disease
Prior to moving to campus, the university requires that all residents provide proof or a negative tuberculosis test or chest x-ray. The Tuberculosis Verification Form (TB) must be submitted by ALL students wanting to live on campus and the Meningococcal Disease Information Form (freshmen only) are available online for your convenience.
Direct Deposit
You are encouraged to sign up for Direct Deposit as a faster way of getting your financial aid disbursement or tuition refund electronically deposited to a valid U.S. checking or savings account. Please visit the Eagle Express Direct Deposit webpage for more information.

Meal Plan News
Students on the 12 Meal Plan Program will pick up 'lunch' at the Distribution Center across from the University Club on campus next to the Bookstore. Hours of pick up: Monday-Thursday 11:00 am to 3:00 pm and Friday 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Dinner Monday-Friday 5:00 to 7:00 pm and Brunch Saturday and Sunday 11:00 am to 1:00 pm will be in the Housing Dining Room.
You will need to take your student ID with you to get food.
Golden Eagles Apartments (GEA) Housing for Upper Division Students
Housing for upper division students is now open to residents and we currently have spaces available for the Winter-Spring 2013 quarters.. Students can look forward to affordable housing with single room occupancy in two-bedroom apartments. There are suite-style and double room occupancy for students on a stricter budget. Living in this community gives you an opportunity to meet and live among upper division students and enhance your academic experience. Take advantage of our quiet community living with convenient access to classes, faculty, libraries, research facilities and other campus resources. Work Order Process
Residents, if something break or is not working in your apartment, please fill out a 'Maintenance Work Orders' online. Once you log in, just click on the Maintenance tab and fill out your Work Order. Click here.
