New Dining Hall Opening Fall 2013

NEW DINING HALL OPENING FALL 2013! The menus and meal plan offerings are currently under review, but sure to please with an all-you-can eat dining experience for housing residents, located in Phase II.

Currently, Housing Services partners with University Auxiliary Services to provide meals for housing residents Fall through Spring Quarter. With the addition of the new dining hall, new meal plan options and dining hours will provide the resident with more flexibility, healthy menu choices and a variety of selections.

Proposed Meal Plan Dates for 2013-2014:
The meal plan contract is for one year and is part of the Housing License Agreement for housing. Student may request a meal plan during any quarter. Meal plan changes are accepted prior to the beginning of each quarter. Please read the Housing License Agreement for full contract details.

• Fall 2013 - The meal plan will begin on Thursday, September 26, 2013 through Friday, December 13, 2013. No meals will be provided on November 21 - November 24, 2013 (Thanksgiving holidays), and during quarter break December 9, 2013 through January 5, 2014. Veteran’s Day closure is under review.
• Winter 2014 - The meal plan will begin on Monday, January 6 through Friday, March 21, 2014. No meals will be provided on January 20, 2014 (Martin Luther King Jr. Day) and during spring quarter break March 24 – March 31, 2014. 
   
• Spring 2014 - The meal plan will begin on Tuesday, April 1, 2014 through Friday, June 13, 2014. No meals will be provided on May 26, 2014 (Memorial Day).

12 Meal Plan Option (per week) Recommended for First Time Freshman

• Dinner: Monday through Friday
• Brunch: Saturday and Sunday

7 Meal Plan Option (per week)

• Dinner: Monday through Friday
• Brunch: Saturday and Sunday

Signing Up for 2013-2014
To sign up for the meal plan, click on the meal plan option when applying for Housing. If you would like to sign up for the meal plan after it has started, please stop by the Housing Services Office.

• CSULA Students - If you are a CSULA student, please fill out theMeal Plan Agreement. (Not currently available)
• ELP Students - If you are an English Language Program (ELP) student, please fill out the ELP Meal Plan Agreement for 2013-2014, and submit it to the Housing Services Office. (Not currently available)
