Welcome to the Conference/Guest Housing Services program at California State University, Los Angeles. We are pleased to share information about our services with you.  In addition to our apartment-style accommodations that highlight privacy, comfort, and convenience we offer recreational activities and meeting spaces (in Housing and on campus: Golden Eagle Building, University-Student Union).

At Housing Services, we offer a secure and comfortable living environment, combined with other amenities that include furnished 2 and 4 bedroom apartments equipped with central heating and air conditioning. Our guest apartments accommodate 1-200 people during our conference period July 1st through August 31st.  Space is limited and reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis.  Guests share a fully furnished living room, dining room area and ample storage space in each apartment.  For those who prefer to eat in, our fully equipped kitchens (not including cookware and utensils) include a stove, microwave, refrigerator/s and dishwasher.  We also offer prepared meals for your convenience.  Meal plans are available so check out our dining options and we will make the arrangements for you.

The Phase I Community Center houses the Game Room, Computer Lab, Laundry Room, Vending Machine area and the Community Information Center (CIC) where guests can get change (from dollars to quarters), get assistance if locked out, as well as get general information about Cal State LA.  Throughout Phase II, you will find the Housing Services office, The Dining Room, Conference Room, Lounge, basketball court, laundry rooms and additional vending machines. Just a stairway away, you will be dazzled by our brand new University Student Union, equipped with lounges and meeting rooms. Visit our world-class facility, The Luckman Fine Arts Complex and our library on your spare time.

The Housing Services here at California State University of Los Angeles is happy to offer housing to a variety of conferences. This includes both youth and adult groups covering a range of activities including, camps, forums and workshops. Conference room is located inside the Phase II Lounge, just a few steps from the dining hall.

Rate Information for Summer 2013 Conferences

Single Occupancy (one person in a bedroom) and Double Occupancy (two people in a bedroom) apartments are available during the summer.

• $40.00/person/night - Single Occupancy
• $35.00/person/night - Double Occupancy

Linen packages will be provided for an additional fee of $(under review)/person/night and a $(under review) weekly delivery fee. Dirty linen will be exchanged once a week for the duration of your stay.
