Dining Options

There are different dining options when staying on campus over the summer. Guests can bring their own cookware to prepare meals in the apartments, eat at the University Club, at different campus eateries or have University Auxiliary Services (UAS) cater meals for groups.

Dining for Groups

Conference groups who use UAS to cater your meals, let us know and we will make arrangements for you.

Groups who do not use UAS to cater meals must provide a Food Permit. Submit Food Permits to Golden Eagle Hospitality, located on the 3rd floor in the Golden Eagle building, at least two weeks before the event.

If UAS caters your group meals in Housing, you can request to serve the meals in the Dining Room, Phase II Lounge, Conference Room or Phase II Quad. Please fill out a Meeting Space Reservation Form. Space is approved on availability so submit your form as early as possible.

Reserving Additional Space on Campus

Cal State LA offers recreational activities and meeting spaces (in Housing and on campus: Golden Eagle Building, University-Student Union). To reserve classroom or meeting space on campus, please let us know and we will make the arrangements for you.
