Overview
The Center’s health
educators are available to present guest lectures and workshops related to a number of
health issues. Presentations can be tailored to course objectives or address
students’ interests. Topics include dating/domestic violence,
HIV and other sexually transmitted infections, nutrition and fitness, sexual assault/rape, sexuality, and stress management.

Healthy Living.

Rules for Healthy Living
– The goal of this presentation is to provide tips that will assist students
in choosing, achieving, and maintaining positive health goals. Participants learn how to develop realistic goals and
change plans. The
presentation covers alcohol and other drug use, nutrition and fitness, safer
sex, stress management, relationships, violence, and Student Health Center services.
