Confidential Health Counseling

Health counseling/education through the Health Promotion and Education Center is a confidential, nonjudgmental, interactive session designed to help students improve their health status.  The Center’s health educators assist students in identifying personal health risks and developing achievable health improvement plans.  Counseling is available on a walk-in or appointment basis.  Anonymous counseling is offered for those students who prefer not to reveal their identity.

Students are encouraged to seek assistance related to:

Students with concerns beyond the scope of health education are referred to Student Health Center clinicians and psychological counselors, or other appropriate healthcare providers.
