Accreditation
The
Student Health Center has been continuously accredited by the
Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) since 1989.
AAAHC is a national leader in helping health providers achieve a higher
level of quality. It's rigorous standards constantly challenge the
Student Health Center to seek new ways to better serve patients.
In order to achieve accreditation, the Student Health Center undergoes an extensive on-site survey of its facilities and services. The survey teams, comprised of health care professionals and health care administrators, evaluate all aspects of patient care compared to standards that are used across the nation.
