  1. Are my records confidential? Yes.  See Medical Records for more information.
  2. How does the SHC ensure quality of care?  We continuously evaluate the qualify of care provided.   See Continuous Quality Improvement
  3. How do I give input regarding SHC services? We value your opinions.  Contact us or fill out the Patient Satisfaction Survey in the Student Health Center.  You can also join the Student Health Advisory Committee.   See Student Health Advisory Committee.
  4. What does it cost to use the Student Health Center?  For currently enrolled students, most services are provided at no additional cost.  Some services require a fee.   See Fee Information.
  5. How do I pay for SHC services?  You can use cash or check.  Credit and debit cards are not accepted.
  6. How do I clear my registration hold?  See Registration Clearance Information.
  7. Can I get help with a health-related school project?   Yes.   Visit the Health Promotion and Education Center, SHC room 215.
  8. Can I fill a prescription from my private doctor at the Student Health Center Pharmacy? Yes.  See Pharmacy in Medical Services.
  9. I need a physical examination. Can I get it at the Student Health Center? Yes.  Call (323) 343-3301. 
  10. Are condoms available in the Student Health Center? Yes and they are free.  See Free Condoms in Health Promotion and Education.
