Lost or Stolen Cards
If your
One Card is lost or stolen, you will need to report it
immediately to suspend further activities on the card.
Suspending
your One Card can be done in several ways:

Call (323) 343-3700 (24-Hour Department of Public
Safety)

Call (323) 343-6800 (Golden Eagle Service
Center)
If you
suspend your One Card via the telephone and locate your
One Card, you will need to bring it to the Golden Eagle
Service Center for reinstatement.
If you
suspect that your
One Card has
been used fraudulently and there are transactions that have
occurred against your account that you did not incur, contact the
Department of Public Safety.
To replace
your One Card, a $5 replacement fee is payable at the
Cashiers Office located in the Administration Building 128.
Bring your receipt and a valid CA driver’s license, identification
card, or a valid passport to receive a replacement card.
Is your card linked to a Wells Fargo
Checking account?
For cards that are linked to a Wells Fargo checking
account, you must notify BOTH the Golden Eagle Service
Center and Wells Fargo as soon as possible.
To notify Wells Fargo: Visit the nearest Wells Fargo
banking location or contact Wells Fargo at 1-800-869-3557.
