In support of the University's mission, the University Controller's operation is committed to customer service and business while providing essential professional financial functions including auxiliary accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, and student financial services. The operation:
- Maintains accounting records, ensuring accuracy and integrity of accounting information,
- Produces all financial and management reports
- Implements appropriate fiscal policies and procedures
- Ensures compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations
- Implements methods to improve efficiency of operations, and,
- Provides guidance in fiscal matters relating to the operation of the university.
