The new TMA iServiceDesk Web Enabler provides
a full featured set of functions to anyone with access to a web browser.
iServiceDesk allows any TMA user to web-publish select facilities data to
clients across an Intranet or the Internet. In addition, clients may enter
their own work requests and query the status of both requests and FW_WO_LOW_KEYs through TMA iServiceDesk.
Using iServiceDeskÂs open and modifiable hypertext
markup language (HTML), users can create custom web pages. Furthermore,
users can now publish select data to thousands of clients at one facility
or around the world. By implementing TMA iServiceDesk, facility managers
can improve the quality of services and increase their response time by
providing current updated data.
