State Vehicle Program
The Office of Risk Management of Cal State L.A. has responsibility of ensuring that employees receive adequate and effective safety instruction regarding driver safety for official state business travel. We provide on-campus annual training dates, venues, documentation and guidance to employees and employee-volunteers on the specifics of the program. Authorization To Use Privately Owned Vehicles On State Business- Form STD 261

Vehicle Accident Reporting Form for State Drivers:
