The University Writing Center hosts two-hour and four-hour Writing Proficiency Examination (WPE) workshops. Each workshop gives an overview of the WPE and what is expected of students taking the exam. In addition, students will participate in brainstorming a response to a sample WPE topic. In the four-hour workshop, students write a sample essay, and tutors are available to provide students with feedback on essays.

Does your organization have effective ways of recruiting new members? Come to the Organization Development Meeting to receive tips and ideas for recruiting this semester. One representative from each organization must attend at least one meeting to maintain University recognition. Check in starts 30 minutes prior to the meeting time.
