If you are interested in getting involved with the campus community and want to make a difference, running for office is the perfect chance to help get your voice heard. As a part of student government, students have the opportunity to network, gain leadership experience and be the voice for students. If elected, you will be able to help the students of Cal State LA by assisting with important changes on campus. This session will give you more information about ASI and how you can run an effective campaign.

During Spirit Week 2019, show off your office by decorating with Golden Eagles spirit or the Spirit Week theme! The first-place winners get free lunch catered by the University Club at their next staff meeting. Contestants are encouraged to maintain their decorations throughout the week, as judging will take place on Thurs., Feb. 7. Interest forms are due by 5 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 1. Email asisc@calstatela.edu for registration information.

Join us for our seventh annual six-on-six dodgeball tournament! Cash prizes will be awarded to the three top teams. Slots fill quickly, so be sure to register your team as soon as possible. Spectators will be provided snacks, drinks and Cal State LA spirit giveaways through the duration of the event. For rules and regulations, safety provisions and to sign up, visit the dodgeball tournament webpage. Team registration closes on Friday, Feb. 1, at 5 p.m.
