R.A.D. is a FREE women's only course that consists of 12 hours of instruction, which covers risk reduction and avoidance, basic hands-on defense training and a dynamic simulation exercise!

Join us in support and solidarity for victims and survivors everywhere and make a commitment to end all forms of violence and oppression.
Join us for a day of service as we will be assisting our community partner, the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank. Volunteers will help assemble food packages for more than 29,000 families, older adults, and children who face food insecurity in Los Angeles County. Transportation is provided.
