The key to planning a successful event
is to make the necessary arrangements early.
Six steps in planning an on-campus event:
Step 1: Review available facilities (listed below) and
determine primary location.
Step 2: Contact the location's Facility Coordinator (also listed below).
Note: Student clubs and organizations planning any event should first contact Central Reservations in the University-Student Union for their arrangements.
Step 3: Establish date and time for your event with Facility
Step 4: Determine with Facility Coordinator which support services you need.
Step 5: Obtain written confirmation of your event from the coordinator of your primary facility.
Step 6: If you want to publicize your event, fill out the Publicity Form.
