CFS Logon Instructions

 

CSU Portal

Navigate to the CSU Portal (https://portal.calstate.edu), bookmark this page:

Choose "Los Angeles" from the drop down menu.

 

Enter your myCSULA network username and password, do not add "AD\" before your username. Also, do not bookmark this page, you will not be able to logon from here. You must start from the CSU Portal page.

 

On the Portal Home page, there are two areas:

Financial Services - to access CFS

Click on "Production"

Financial Reports - to access the Data Warehouse

Click on "Login"

 

Warning: you can no longer log into CFS from this page. If you sign out or are timed out and see this page, do not try to log in, you will receive an error message. Close the window and go back to the CSU Portal page to log back in.
