Formal written petitions are required to request approval for academic related issues such as: Repeating courses for Academic Renewal, Leaves of Absence, G.E. and Major Course Substitutions, Extension of Incomplete Grades, Change of Major, Immediate Reinstatement and Readmission, Graduate Credit for Work Taken in Undergraduate Status, and the like.
