California Residency Forms and Information
These forms are available to applicants and students
who may be eligible to have their California residency status changed.
Residency Questionnaire - to be used by new
applicants to Cal State L.A. when requested by an admission evaluator.
This form is used when additional information is required to determine
whether an applicant may be considered a California resident for fee payment
purposes.
Residency Reclassification Request
- to be used by Cal State L.A. students who are eligible to have their
status changed from non-CA resident to CA resident for fee payment purposes.
California Nonresident Tuition Exemption for Eligible High School Graduates
(AB540) Information and Exemption Request Form
may be used by non-CA resident graduates of a California High School who
meet the included guidelines.
