International (Visa) Students
International (F/J visa) applicants must submit the Affidavit of Financial Support Form with supporting financial documents and a copy of their passport biographical page. An I-20 will be issued to admitted applicants only after these documents are received by the International Office. Please review the instructions in the Affidavit of Financial Support for acceptable financial documents. Please complete and return the appropriate form for your admission term.

CSULA 2013-2014 International Student Financial Affidavit
Special notice for Fall 2013 applicants:
To ensure timely processing of your student visa application at the
US Embassy, international applicants coming from overseas should submit
the required 2013-14 affidavit of financial support and associated
documents by 5/15/13. Applicants who are already in the U.S. must submit
these documents by no later than 7/15/13. Documents received after these
deadlines may delay the issuance of the I-20 needed for your visa
application.
If you are interested in attending CSULA in
fall 2013, please do not wait for your admission decision before
submitting these documents. Your I-20 will be issued upon the receipt of
these requested financial documents and your admission to the
University.
