EARLY START SMART PAGE GUIDE
Students required to participate in Early Start must declare how they will fulfill the Early Start requirement by accessing the Early Start Smart Page by no later than June 1. Below is a step-by step guide on how to declare your Early Start location (where you are planning to complete your required course).
You can access the GET website by clicking on http://get.calstatela.edu
Follow the steps below for easy access to the Early Start Smart Page. Click on the images to expand.

STEP 1. Click on the Eagle i-View Sign In link. (click image to expand)
STEP 2. Enter your User ID and password. (click image to expand)
STEP 3. Click on the 'Self Service' link. (click image to expand)
STEP 4. Click on the 'Student Center' link. (click image to expand)
STEP 5. Click on the 'Early Start' link in the bottom of the Admissions section of the page. (click image to expand)
STEP 6. You have now reached the Early Start Smart Page. From this page you can view if you are required to participate in the Early Start Program or if you have been exempt. If you are required to participate you must declare where you plan to complete the required remediation course(s). (click image to expand)
