I practice from an integrative approach informed by several theories including systems, attachment, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, and somatic psychotherapy, always viewing the whole person through a biopsychosocial lens and keeping in mind the neurophysiological storage of our traumas. My clinical interests include trauma, multiculturalism and diversity, young adult identity development, somatic psychotherapy, relationships with self and others, eating disorders, anxiety and anger management, depression, gender and sexual identity, men’s and women’s issues, mindfulness, students with psychotic disorders, projective assessment, forensic psychology, and interpersonal neurobiology. I am an Approved Consultant in EMDR and a Certified Integrative Body Psychotherapy Practitioner and Teacher.
